We have been studying a glass- like rock for over three years now and have identified many microscopic sea creatures from the Ordovician period encased within this "rock."  My initial question is simple:  has anyone ever heard of well preserved (including flesh) sea creatures encased in a glass-like rock?  Also where is there a laboratory that would have the necessary equipment to analyze this unusual "rock"?
